ASLLC does not solicit any investment funding from public. ASLLC and or its employees are not acting as your Realtor, Broker, Financial Adviser, Attorney and or an Accountant, and we do not provide any investment or rehab advice. This site is not intended to create any professional-client relationship, and by using this site and any of the related services, no professional-client relationship will be created with ASLLC. Requests for funding if any are from the seed investors to their own circle of influence. Potential Project Creator acknowledges and agrees that if they wish to list their project / property herein for rehab, the listing person binds him/herself to abide all terms and conditions of the process. The Wholesalers / Realtor / Owners may list properties for rehab with us with out any good faith escrow amount however the ASLLC reserves the right for a good faith escrow amount which will refunded upon completion. Although we believe in the successful completion of the projects, however ASLLC make no warranty that all projects will be successful.
